Copenhagen Atomics was founded in 2014 by Thomas Jam Pedersen, Peter Szabo, Thomas Steenberg and Aslak Stubsgaard, all with a technical background and relation to Technical University of Denmark . Right from day one, the goal was to make thorium energy at a lower cost than any other energy source and enable fast deployment of this new reactor design. We started Copenhagen Atomics with the belief that mankind's main limitation is how much energy we can access.
