View fullsize About us Once upon a time in 1943.. Our story began in the center of Denmark - in a tiny town named Oure on the island of Fyn. An island rich with fruit-growing traditions. This is where, the Ørskov family started the journey that Orskov Foods is still on. Our roots are based in the art of growing, processing and selling fruits, berries and associated raw material. Since our founder first rode his horse to market in 1943, selling the fruit of local growers. Up until today, where we are a modern, versatile production and trading company with production in Denmark, Poland and Chile and clients in the international food industry and Danish retail. Still with the Ørskov family in front. Business basis & vision Keeping word and always being open to new initiatives was Niels Ørskov
